We never quite know what we’re going to get at The Real Junk Food Project. That’s part of what makes it exciting. How does one make a meal for 30 on a box of spotty bananas, some sprouting potatoes and a dented tin of tomatoes? We want to share some of the creative ways we make sure nothing goes to waste. Not everything is a delicious success but our confidence that, with a few basics, we can make anything taste pretty good is growing and growing and we hope to pass that confidence on as far as we can, starting with this series of recipes!
